MOTO 2026 catalog – comprehensive equipment for a modern workshop
2026-02-26A well-chosen tape can save time, positively affect the result of work and reduce the risk of corrections. The problem is that many people still choose it guided only by general slogans: "as long as it holds", "as long as it is strong", "as long as it can be peeled off later".
Meanwhile, a different type of tape will work well for packing packages, another for plastering facades or painting walls, and another for repairs or marking danger zones. That's why it's worth paying attention not only to the color or width of the roll, but also to the intended use, place of application, moisture and UV resistance and time of safe removal. It is with effective bonding in mind that we have prepared a list of NEO TOOLS tapes.

The simplest rule of thumb is this: if the tape is only to protect the cardboard, you don't need a product for facade work. If you care about a clean line when painting, don't reach for repair tape. And if you're working outdoors, ordinary interior tape may simply not stand up to moisture, sun or contact with harsher substrates. NEO TOOLS offers this division clearly: you'll find packing tape, plastering tape, painter's tape, double-sided tape, warning tape, repair tape, Japanese washi tape and painter's tape film.

Plastering tape - for facades, concrete and harsher operations
For plastering work, you already need a completely different product. NEO TOOLS 56-060 and 56-061 orange plastering tape has been prepared for indoor and outdoor work. It is made of durable PE polyethylene film, resistant to moisture, UV radiation and mechanical damage, and the hot-melt adhesive is designed to provide strong, stable adhesion to surfaces such as plaster, concrete, brick or facade elements. It's a good choice in situations where ordinary painter's tape would simply be too fragile.

Double-sided tape - for carpets and lightweight items
Not every tape should mask or protect. NEO TOOLS 56-074, 56-075 and 56-076 double-sided tape has been designed for fixing carpets and light indoor items. It is made of PP film with high strength and tensile resistance, and is completed with hot-melt adhesive with high adhesive strength and cotton paper for easy peeling. It is a practical choice for quick installation without drilling or additional accessories.

Repair tapes - when you need to bond, seal or secure quickly
For repairing and joining materials, NEO TOOLS has provided several variants of tapes. Gray repair tapes 56-080, 56-081 and 56-082 are characterized by a thickness of 170 mic and are made on the basis of PE film, reinforcing mesh to increase mechanical resistance and strong hot-melt adhesive. EXTREME ORANGE 56-085 and EXTREME CAMO 56-086 repair tapes , also 170±10 mic thick, have a similar construction.
In a general division - repair tapes are used for indoor and outdoor repair and bonding, and the CAMO version is additionally indicated for outdoor applications. This is a group of products that you should reach for when you want a strong hold and greater mechanical resistance.

What kind of tape for painting? Yellow, blue or washi?
This is the most common question from do-it-yourselfers, because it is when painting that it is easiest to get streaks, waterlogging and jagged edges. If you work exclusively indoors and need a classic tape for faster work, a good starting point would be yellow paper painter's tape 56-062, 56-063, 56-064, 56-065, 56-066 and 56-067. It is 140±10 mic thick, designed for interiors and recommended for removal up to 3 days. It is made of crepe paper with increased flexibility to better fit rounds and irregular shapes, and the rubber adhesive provides high initial adhesion.
However, if you are also painting outdoors or the work will take more time, the blue masking painting tape 56-068, 56-069, 56-071, 56-072 and 56-073 will be a better option. This is an indoor and outdoor model, UV-resistant, 100±10 mic thick, recommended for removal up to 14 days. It also features the flexibility of crepe paper and controlled adhesion of acrylic adhesive, which is important especially for more demanding surfaces and when the tape is left on the substrate for a longer time.
Japanese washi painter's tapes are a separate category. The yellow 56-110, 56-111 and 56-112 are for indoor and outdoor work, the purple 56-120, 56-121 and 56-122 are for interiors with a removal time of up to 30 days, and the green 56-130 and 56-131 are for interiors and exteriors, also up to 30 days. All are based on washi paper and acrylic adhesive with controlled adhesion strength, with good UV and aging resistance. These are solutions worth choosing especially if you want more precision, longer working time and more controlled peel-off.

Warning tapes - to mark zones and improve safety
Warning tapes are also useful in the garage, workshop, on the property or during repair work. In the offer of NEO TOOLS brand you will find white-red 56-077, self-adhesive red-white 56-078 and yellow-black 56-079. Their primary task is to mark dangerous zones indoors and outdoors.
The self-adhesive version is made of PVC film and adheres well to substrates such as concrete, metal, tiles, plastic or painted surfaces. This is important, because not every situation requires a loose tape strung between dots - sometimes a permanent marking of a specific part of the substrate is needed.

Paint film with tape - faster protection of larger areas
When painting walls, ceilings or door frames, tape alone is not always enough. In such situations, a practical solution is painting film with washi tape 56-100 and 56-101. HDPE film is used here, which protects furniture and floors from paint, dust and dirt, and washi tape with a width of 1.5 cm is designed to make clean edges without drips. This solution is especially convenient when you want to quickly cover a larger area, "cut off" the colors and at the same time keep the edges of the painting neat.

How to choose the right tape from NEO TOOLS?
If you want to simplify the choice, be guided primarily by the purpose of the work. For packing , choose packing tape 56-055 to 56-059. For facades, plaster and concrete, reach for plaster tape 56-060 or 56-061. For quick interior painting jobs, yellow paper tape 56-062 to 56-067 will work. For longer jobs or outdoor tasks, blue 56-068 to 56-073 will be better, or one of the washi tapes: yellow 56-110 to 56-112, purple 56-120 to 56-122 or green 56-130 and 56-131.
For carpets and lightweight items , choose double-sided tapes 56-074 to 56-076, for marking danger zones, warning tapes 56-077 to 56-079, and for repairs and bonding, tapes 56-080 to 56-086. Where you need to protect a larger area at the same time, it is worth betting on painting film with tape 56-100 or 56-101.
A well-chosen tape is not an insignificant addition to the work, but a real support in achieving a better result. That's why, instead of choosing the "first off the shelf" tape, it's better to match the product to the material, conditions and working time. NEO TOOLS' offer shows that even in such a seemingly simple category, the right choice really makes a difference.
